Back in the early 1900’s there was a population boom, which meant less jobs, which meant labor struggles. Labor struggles meant strikes, strikes meant strike-breakers. It just so happens most of the strike-breakers were black, so an already tumultuous time for workers spread to racial lines. The Order of the Flaming Cross started as a cross between a union and a fraternal organization, and year after year they became less interested in working. In the Depression they were desperate, and a fraternity became a gang. They kept their racial leanings strong, and as technology evolved they became mobile and more murderous, quickly becoming a true criminal organization. The Flaming Cross Motorcycle Club truly came into it’s own after World War 2, when some returning members brought back more than trophies and battle fatigue: methamphetamine. They quickly became the de-facto drug lords when it came to meth and haven’t slowed down since.
They run Sepulcher as a semi-obvious front for their meth dealing and general clubhouse.
